I am the owner of, and baker for, Swedish Fika San Diego. I grew up in Sweden and baking has always been my passion. After baking for family and friends for many years, I decided to share my love of Swedish baking with the San Diego community. I am a bake to order company with no physical location.
Fika is a Swedish word that means, "Taking a break for coffee and a bite to eat". But it means much more than that. It's a moment to relax by yourself or to catch up with family and friends.
What makes my products unique are the ingredients. My baked goods not only look like the real thing, they taste it as well. I create the authentic flavor by importing key ingredients from Sweden.
